What does it mean to be a member of our church?


Membership at SAC is important. Contrary to what membership implies in our culture, this type of commitment is a step of spiritual growth. In membership, we establish a 2-way commitment based on the beliefs and values of the church.


  • The leadership of SAC commits to leading with integrity and dependence on the Holy Spirit. We are committed to upholding the authority of scripture through biblical teaching as well as providing authentic worship and encouraging continual growth through discipleship and programs designed to engage the whole family.
  • Members of SAC are asked to uphold and live out the values of SAC as outlined in the membership covenant. Members commit to maintain a growing personal walk with God, attend weekly corporate worship, pray for, serve and support the ministry at SAC and contribute to the direction of the church through voting on the budget and new elders.
